Introduction

In this Leadership with Emotional Intelligence training, managers and leaders participating will better understand self-management and self-awareness for leadership acumen. This will give them better insight and control over their actions, emotions, and, consequently, their performance.

 

The course will lead them to experience a positive insight into their leadership and supervisory competencies.

Workshop Objectives

Have a greater understanding of self-leadership and team leadership
Effectively manage their emotions and the emotions of others
Understand several leadership practice approaches, thereby choosing their best fit
Improved self-control in challenging situations
Acquire techniques to manage and reduce stress in their lives.

Training Methodology

This course will be conducted physically and virtually simultaneously, with formal presentations and an interactive training manual. It will be delivered by seasoned trainers with vast experience in their respective fields of practice. The course is taught through a mix of practical activities, theories, group activities, and case studies. The session will be wrapped up by an industry expert to share practical experience related to the course topic, and a Q&A session with the participants.
